Cayena Weddings and Events Packages.

Our packages have been designed to fit the needs of our client’s from the many requests that we have received throughout the years. Most importantly, we work within our client’s budget. If any of the packages do not work within our clients budget, we are flexible enough to create a personalized and meaningful package that is competitive and WILL work within our clients budget.

Basic Cayena Civil Ceremony ( A civil ceremony takes place in the Aruba historic Town Hall and makes the marriage legal in your country of origin) Necessary documents must be provided by the wedding couple one month before the wedding. We will assist you to understand which documents are needed with an in depth consultation. However, many couples have chosen to have their legal civil ceremony take place in their country of origin, prior to their departure or after they return to Aruba) 

Document handling (Document copies, once in order are delivered to Aruba Town Hall for review. Original documents must be brought by the couple to Aruba to be shown to the Civil Registrar who is performing the civil ceremony.

Aruba wedding coordinator will meet the couple at their hotel prior to the wedding day to go over all details. Usually, the meeting takes place one day before the civil ceremony. * Pre-meeting does not apply if couple is coming to Aruba on a cruise ship

Round trip transportation to Aruba Town Hall from couples resort in a luxury car for two persons. If couple is coming to Aruba on a Cruise Ship, the couple will be picked up at the Cruise Ship Pier on their wedding day and therefore, no pre-meeting is necessary. 

Services of Civil Registrar who performs ceremony as well as official marriage certificate translation from Dutch to English or language of country of origin.

Two Witnesses (free of charge) * If couple will be providing their own witnesses, copies of witnesses passports must be included with couples required document copies.

On-site coordinator at Aruba Town Hall

Delivery of translated documents in person to couples resort prior to departure or by FedEx to couples home if arriving on a cruise ship.*Cost of FedEx will be determined by country of origin which will require an additional charge. Additional FedEx charge will be discussed with wedding coordinator prior to departure to Aruba. Please be advised that FedEx is only required for couples sailing to Aruba for one day.

Cayena Fantasy Beach Ceremony

Pre wedding meeting at couples resort prior to wedding day to go over final details

Steel Pan Caribbean recorded music for wedding ceremony

Professional Photographer for one hour

Bridal Bouquet, groom boutonniere (examples of bridal bouquets can be chosen from bouquet link. Groom will receive matching flower from bridal bouquet

1 Bottle of Champagne for wedding toast (Champagne Bucket, Ice, Champagne glasses (Cost of additional bottles of champagne will be discussed during planning process)

Ceremony setup to include following: 6 Draped chairs with white chair covers tied with color of choice sashes, Draped bamboo wedding arch decorated with white flowers, aisle of conch shells with 8 torches tied with matching chair sashes, decorated table for signing 

Blessing certificate
